Our Warranty

All workmanship has a lifetime guarantee as long as the owner of the repaired vehicle owns the vehicle and it is properly maintained.
- Guarantee on parts is covered under the warranty from the manufacturer.
- Used and After-Market/Non-OEM parts only guaranteed for 30 days.
- Sublet repairs guaranteed per vendor warranty.
- No warranty on parts provided by the customer to SAN PEDRO AUTO BODY.
- Warranty is void if not original repair owner or if the vehicle is repaired by another facility after original repairs from SAN PEDRO AUTO BODY.
- Repairs are not guaranteed if any prior repairs have been performed that have not been done per manufacturer specification. This will be determined prior to the start of repair of the vehicle and the customer shall be notified and in agreement.
Customer’s Obligations – In order to obtain the benefits of this warranty, the owner of the vehicle must do the following:
- 1. Present the owner’s copy of the repair documents performed by SAN PEDRO AUTO BODY.
- 2. Have any warrantable repair, adjustment, or inspections made only at the premises of SAN PEDRO AUTO BODY with a scheduled appointment during regular business hours.
